These massage candles are self care at it's finest! Massage candles are meant to be lit and then the warm melted pool of wax, oils, and butter are used as warm massage oil. Jen loves this for her hands after she's spending hours in rehearsal playing flute in a pit orchestra. Adam loves it for his lower back.
Directions: Light the candle and allow it to burn for about 15-20 minutes or until a pool of melted wax forms. Extinguish the flame and let the wax cool slightly. Pour a small amount of the melted wax into your hands and use it for a warm, soothing massage.
Warning: Always test a small area of skin first to ensure no allergic reactions. Ensure the melted wax is not too hot before applying to the skin.
